Terms of Service
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, accounts, AI music tools, lyrics tools, audio utilities, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, purchasing credits, starting a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service and AI dependency
The Service provides digital tools for generating music and lyrics, separating audio stems, converting audio to MIDI, editing MIDI, storing eligible outputs, and related creator workflows. Features, quotas, model availability, processing time, and output quality may change.
Some features rely on third-party AI, payment, hosting, and storage providers. Provider outages, model changes, safety controls, or policy decisions may affect availability. The models currently used by customer-facing tools are identified in our AI Model Disclosure.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- Keep credentials confidential and do not share or transfer your account.
- Accept responsibility for activity performed through your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of duty.
- Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized use, account compromise, or a security incident.
4. Your inputs and AI outputs
You retain any rights you already hold in prompts, lyrics, audio, and other content you submit (“Inputs”). You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process Inputs only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and comply with law.
As between you and us, and subject to payment, these Terms, applicable law, and third-party rights, we assign to you any rights we may have in outputs created specifically for your request (“Outputs”). AI outputs may not be unique, may resemble content created for others, and may not qualify for copyright or other protection. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs and securing any rights or clearances needed for your use.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. The Policy expressly prohibits pornography or NSFW content, violence or gore, hate speech, child sexual abuse or child-unsafe content, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement, among other harmful uses.
6. Credits, subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Current prices, plan features, credit costs, quotas, and billing periods are shown on the pricing or checkout page and form part of these Terms.
- By starting a recurring plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the displayed fees and taxes until you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
- Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use eligible Service features. They have no cash value. Credits included with monthly or yearly subscriptions expire at the end of the paid period shown at purchase. Pay-as-you-go credit packs do not expire unless a different term is shown at checkout.
- Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, used credits, completed generations, and elapsed subscription periods are non-refundable. Confirmed duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected.
- You are responsible for accurate billing information and applicable taxes. Contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate any suspected billing error.
7. Third-party services
The Service may link to or depend on third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices govern their own products. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.
8. User breach, enforcement, and responsibility
If we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, law, third-party rights, or platform security, we may investigate and take proportionate action. Depending on severity, recurrence, legal duties, and risk, action may occur with or without prior notice.
- Issue a warning or require you to stop, correct, or explain the activity.
- Block a request or output, remove or disable access to violating content, or preserve relevant records for investigation.
- Restrict credits, generation capacity, uploads, downloads, sharing, or other features.
- Temporarily suspend the account while a review is pending.
- Permanently terminate the account and deny future access for severe or repeated violations.
- Withhold refunds for consumed services or accounts terminated for breach, except where law requires otherwise.
- Notify affected rights holders, service providers, or competent authorities and cooperate with lawful requests when necessary.
9. Effect of suspension or termination
You may stop using the Service or cancel a subscription at any time through available account controls or support. Suspension or termination may end access to the account, Inputs, Outputs, remaining credits, and stored assets. Download content you need before closing an account where practical.
You remain responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for charges, losses, claims, and costs arising from your breach or unlawful use. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including payment obligations, intellectual-property terms, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, and enforcement rights—remain effective after termination.
10. Service changes and availability
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law or provider requirements, improve the Service, or address operational constraints. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes that adversely affect a paid plan.
11. Disclaimers
The Service and Outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI-generated or transcribed content may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee uniqueness, non-infringement, commercial suitability, uninterrupted availability, or a particular creative result. You must review Outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or use. Our aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, providers, law, or risk controls. We will post the revised Terms with a new update date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
14. General terms and disputes
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the Service.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact support and provide enough information for us to attempt an informal resolution. These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the Service operator, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available in your place of residence.
15. Contact
Contact our support team with questions about these Terms, billing, cancellation, an enforcement decision, or a suspected violation.
