Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use our websites, accounts, AI music tools, lyrics tools, audio utilities, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described below. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated through your use of the Service, and limited information received from service providers.

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile details, and account preferences.
  • Creative inputs and outputs, such as prompts, lyrics, style selections, uploaded audio, generated music, stems, MIDI files, titles, and related metadata.
  • Transaction information, such as plan, purchase, credit, subscription, invoice, and payment status. Full payment-card details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser and device type, language, timestamps, requested pages, task status, error logs, and security events.
  • Communications, including support requests, policy reports, appeals, feedback, and any attachments you choose to send.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, authenticate, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process AI generation, audio separation, transcription, storage, downloads, credits, subscriptions, and payments.
  • Protect users and the Service, detect abuse or fraud, enforce our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, review reports, and investigate security incidents.
  • Respond to support, billing, privacy, safety, and legal requests.
  • Measure performance, diagnose errors, and understand feature usage.
  • Comply with law, protect legal rights, and maintain records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

3. AI inputs, outputs, and uploaded media

We process prompts, lyrics, settings, and uploaded media to perform the task you request. Depending on the feature, this content may be sent to the AI and infrastructure providers identified in our AI Model Disclosure.

Do not submit confidential information or personal data about another person unless you have a lawful basis and permission to do so. We do not use your private inputs or outputs to train our own general-purpose AI models. A third-party provider may process data under its own service terms and data-processing commitments.

4. Legal bases

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to perform our contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as security and service improvement, and obtain consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • AI and audio-processing providers that perform generation, lyrics, separation, or related tasks.
  • Cloud hosting, storage, content-delivery, database, authentication, analytics, email, and customer-support providers.
  • Payment processors and merchant-of-record services that process purchases, subscriptions, refunds, taxes, and fraud checks.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
  • A successor or transaction participant in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. International processing

Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal data transferred internationally.

7. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Service, maintaining account history and generated assets, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, account status, provider requirements, and law.

You may delete individual assets through available product controls. To request account or personal-data deletion, contact support. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, legal claims, or regulatory compliance.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and safeguards provided by our hosting and payment partners. No transmission, storage, or processing system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your privacy rights and choices

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Rights differ by location, and lawful exceptions may apply.

  • Access, correct, or update eligible account information.
  • Request deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of eligible personal data.
  • Object to certain processing or withdraw consent where those rights apply.
  • Manage browser cookies and similar storage through your browser settings.
  • Appeal a denied privacy request or complain to a competent data-protection authority where local law provides that right.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

11. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, language, theme, session continuity, and core product functionality. We may also use limited measurement technologies to understand performance and usage. You can control non-essential browser storage through your browser, although blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.

12. Policy changes

We may update this Policy as the Service, providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised version with a new update date and provide additional notice when a change is material and applicable law requires it.

13. Contact us
