Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to prompts, lyrics, uploads, generated music, text, audio, artwork, metadata, shared content, and other material submitted to, created with, or stored through the Service.

You must follow this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service. We may block requests and take action against content or accounts that violate these standards.

1. Six prohibited content categories

The following categories are prohibited across the Service, including fictional, artistic, humorous, educational, or role-play requests when the request would still create harmful or illegal material.

  • Pornography and NSFW content: sexually explicit, pornographic, fetish, exploitative, or non-consensual sexual content, including explicit lyrics, audio, prompts, or artwork.
  • Violence and gore: graphic injury, torture, mutilation, glorification of extreme violence, credible threats, or content that meaningfully facilitates violent wrongdoing.
  • Hate speech: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, praises violence against, or promotes discrimination toward people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic.
  • Child-unsafe content and CSAM: any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, abuse, or endangerment of a minor, including synthetic or fictional child sexual abuse material. This category is subject to zero tolerance.
  • Deepfakes and impersonation: deceptive or non-consensual imitation of a real person's identity, voice, likeness, authorship, or endorsement, including fraud, harassment, sexual exploitation, or misleading political content.
  • Copyright and trademark infringement: content that copies, distributes, or commercially exploits protected music, lyrics, recordings, voices, logos, brands, or other material without required rights, or that is likely to confuse people about source, sponsorship, or endorsement.

2. Other prohibited uses

  • Terrorism, violent extremism, human trafficking, organized criminal activity, or instructions that materially enable serious harm.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, spam, malware, credential theft, evasion of security controls, or deceptive commercial practices.
  • Harassment, stalking, doxxing, privacy invasion, blackmail, defamation, or disclosure of highly sensitive personal data.
  • Instructions to bypass safety systems, conceal policy violations, automate abusive use, or resell unauthorized access.
  • Illegal activity or content that violates card-network, payment-provider, model-provider, or applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use only prompts, lyrics, audio, images, names, trademarks, and other material you have the right to use.
  • Obtain consent before using a person's voice, identity, likeness, private information, or performance.
  • Review generated content before publishing or distributing it and add clear AI disclosure when omission could mislead people.
  • Do not attempt to evade filters, account restrictions, enforcement, usage limits, or provider safeguards.
  • Stop distribution and promptly contact support if you discover that content may violate this Policy or another person's rights.

4. Content moderation process

We use a risk-based moderation process designed around the capabilities currently available in the Service. Model-provider safety controls and technical or usage signals may reject or flag requests. We also investigate user reports and abuse observed through support, security, billing, or operational review.

When review is needed, authorized reviewers may examine the relevant prompt, upload or asset metadata, generated result, account history, provider response, and report context. Access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, legal compliance, and enforcement.

Reports are triaged by severity. Child safety, credible threats, non-consensual sexual content, terrorism, and similarly critical risks receive priority. Other reports are reviewed based on harm, reach, recurrence, evidence, and legal obligations. We may preserve evidence, consult providers or specialists, and perform follow-up review of repeat abuse.

5. Reporting prohibited content

Report suspected violations through the official support email below with the subject “AUP Report.” Include the content or task URL or identifier, the account or creator if known, a description of the concern, and supporting evidence. Do not attach or redistribute suspected CSAM; provide only the minimum identifying information needed for us to locate it.

We treat reports in good faith and limit disclosure of reporter information where reasonably possible. Knowingly false, malicious, or abusive reports may themselves violate this Policy.

6. Enforcement measures

We select enforcement based on severity, intent, actual or potential harm, recurrence, cooperation, legal requirements, and account history. Critical or repeated violations may result in immediate action without advance warning.

  • Reject or block a prompt, upload, generation request, output, download, or sharing action.
  • Warn the user and require correction, removal, proof of rights, or additional information.
  • Remove, disable, quarantine, or preserve violating content and associated records.
  • Restrict features, credits, model access, generation volume, uploads, downloads, or sharing.
  • Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate an account and prevent re-registration.
  • Withhold refunds for consumed services or accounts terminated for violation, except where law requires otherwise.
  • Notify service providers, affected rights holders, or competent authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.

7. Child-safety and emergency handling

We apply zero tolerance to CSAM and sexual exploitation of minors. We may immediately disable access, preserve required information, and report apparent illegal child-exploitation material to relevant service providers or authorities as required by law. If there is an immediate danger to a person, contact local emergency services first.

8. Appeals

You may appeal an enforcement decision by emailing support with the subject “AUP Appeal,” the affected account and task identifiers, the decision being appealed, and the reasons or evidence supporting review. An appeal does not pause urgent safety measures. Where practical, a person not responsible for the original decision will review the appeal.

9. Policy updates

We may update this Policy as our tools, models, providers, risks, or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will be published here. Continued use after an update means you agree to the revised Policy.

10. Safety reports and questions

Use this monitored support channel to report prohibited content, appeal an enforcement action, or ask a policy question. For reports, include “AUP Report” in the subject.
